To book Charmios for your next event, we require a deposit of $175, which includes the reserving the date and time, styling for your customized candy table, rental of apothecary and candy jars and stands, tongs and scoops, linen, table cards, labels and ribbon, set-up and breakdown of the table.
Often times customers ask us "how much candy is needed" and "how much does it cost" for a certain number of guests. See below for a rough guideline of what to expect.
25 guests - approx. $250 - $450
6 - 8 different types of candy (13 lbs w/2-3 full size specialty items) in 8 - 10 different displays
50 guests - approx. $450 - $650
8 - 10 different types of candy (25 lbs w/3-4 full size specialty items) in 10 - 12 different displays
100 guests - approx. $650 - $850
10 - 12 different types of candy (50 lbs w/4-5 full size specialty items) in 12 - 14 different displays
150 guests - approx. $850 - $1000+
12 - 14 different types of candy (75 lbs 5-6 full size specialty items) in 14 - 16 different displays
A 20% Service Charge Is Applied To The Total Dollar Amount Of Candy Purchased.
