Shipping FAQ

Charmios ships Tuesdays through Saturdays. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing.

Charmios offers free shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States on orders of $75 or greater.  Please note that balloons included in your online order to be shipped -- will ship flat.  Helium is FREE to our local customers. 

LOCAL PICK-UPS
For local pick-ups, please use code NEWTOWN upon check out to cancel out shipping costs.  We'll send you an email once your order is ready for pick up.  

LOCAL DELIVERY
For local delivery, please add the delivery charge to your cart before checking out.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship orders via USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order as well as the destination. Orders over 13 ounces are automatically sent Priority Mail. If you’d like to get your order more quickly, we also offer upgrades to Priority Mail and Express Mail. Express Mail packages will be sent the day after the order is placed (or the first business day for orders placed on weekends or holidays).

We've had great experiences with USPS and though packages usually arrive within a few days, every so often a package takes longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately, once packages are given to USPS, we have no control over what happens to them or how long they take to be delivered.

Please note: all the transit times given below are estimates and not guarantees

USPS First Class: packages normally arrive in 3 - 7 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Priority Mail: packages normally arrive in 2 - 3 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Express Mail: packages normally arrive in 1 - 2 business days (not including processing time)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sorry. But, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Charmios is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or fees. International packages are identified as "merchandise" and include the value on customs forms. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

To track your packages please visit USPS.com and enter in your tracking number received in your email notification once shipped.  

If your package is not tracking, lost or damaged, we suggest calling USPS 1-800-275-8777.

General Shipping Information:
If you are sending your package to a business address or address with multiple units, please be sure to include the business name and suite number. Packages returned due to an incomplete address will be sent again after additional shipping charges are paid or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges).

Sending a package as a gift or to an address other than the billing address on file for your credit card? No problem. Please make sure to enter the correct billing address at checkout as well as the shipping address you'd like your package sent to.
