Shipping FAQ

Charmios ships Monday through Friday for both domestic and international orders. We try to ship our orders as quickly as possible and most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

If you have a question about your order or need it rushed, please email us at customer service@charmios.com.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the 48 Contiguous Unites States on orders of $99 or more.  For local pick ups from our Craft Party Studio in Hoboken, use code NJPickUp upon check out to cancel out shipping costs.  We'll send you an email once your order is ready and to schedule a mutually convenient time to pick up your package.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship orders via USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order as well as the destination. Orders over 13 ounces are automatically sent Priority Mail. If you’d like to get your order more quickly, we also offer upgrades to Priority Mail and Express Mail. Express Mail packages will be sent the day after the order is placed (or the first business day for orders placed on weekends or holidays).

We've had great experiences with USPS and though packages usually arrive within a few days, every so often a package takes longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately, once packages are given to USPS, we have no control over what happens to them or how long they take to be delivered.

USPS First Class: packages normally arrive in 3 - 7 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Priority Mail: packages normally arrive in 2 - 3 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Express Mail: packages normally arrive in 1 - 2 business days (not including processing time)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping times vary but most packages are delivered 2 to 4 weeks after being shipped. Some international packages may take longer to arrive depending on customs or your local postal service. Once your package is mailed, we have no control over how long it will take to clear customs or be delivered.

Charmios's is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or fees. International packages are identified as "merchandise" and include the value on customs forms. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International include tracking. First Class International packages do not include tracking.

USPS Priority Mail International: packages normally arrive in 6 - 10 business days (not including processing time)
USPS Priority Mail Express International: packages normally arrive in 3 - 5 business days (not including processing time)

General Shipping Information:
If you are sending your package to a business address or address with multiple units, please be sure to include the business name and suite number. Packages returned due to an incomplete address will be sent again after additional shipping charges are paid or the order will be refunded (minus the original shipping charges).

Sending a package as a gift or to an address other than the billing address on file for your credit card? No problem. Please make sure to enter the correct billing address at checkout as well as the shipping address you'd like your package sent to.
